Indonesia faces various challenges in implementing Green Productivity, such as limited awareness of the importance of sustainable practices, constraints in environmentally friendly technology, and a lack of strong policy support. However, these challenges also present opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and investment in green technology and more sustainable industrial practices. Various sectors such as energy, agriculture, manufacturing, and services have great potential to apply the concept of Green Productivity.
This National Seminar on Green Productivity, organized by the Ministry of Manpower, aims to bring together various stakeholders, including the government, business sector, academia, and civil society, to discuss and share experiences on best practices and strategies in implementing Green Productivity. Through this seminar, it is hoped that synergy between various parties will be created to promote environmental preservation and support a sustainable economy.
The National Seminar on Green Productivity application streamlines event management by integrating registration, verification, and reporting into a seamless digital system. Attendees register via a landing page, where their data is processed to generate a unique barcode. This barcode is then sent through Mailchimp email and WhatsApp message for easy access. On the event day, participants scan their barcode for verification, ensuring efficient check-in and real-time attendance tracking. The system automatically compiles this data into a report table, providing organizers with valuable insights and documentation. By digitizing the process, this application enhances efficiency, reduces manual workload, and supports the Ministry of Manpower’s initiative for a sustainable and well-organized seminar.
