Attendees register via a landing page, where their data is processed to generate a unique barcode. This barcode is then sent through Mailchimp email and WhatsApp message for easy access. On the event day, participants scan their barcode for verification, ensuring efficient check-in and real-time attendance tracking. The system automatically compiles this data into a report table, providing organizers with valuable insights and documentation. By digitizing the process, this application enhances efficiency, reduces manual workload, and supports the Ministry of Manpower’s initiative for a sustainable and well-organized seminar.
